There is no charge if we have not yet processed your order and payment has not been made.

If payment has been made but your order has not yet been processed, we will refund you the full amount*
If your order has been processed and paid for and is awaiting dispatch/collection, we will refund you 75% of the value of the order.*
If the goods have already been dispatched, we will refund you 50% of the value of the order minus the cost of return delivery*. You will not be refunded for the initial shipping costs.
*less $3 (for orders under $100) or less $10 (for orders above $100) to cover banking and accounting charges.
We will never share any of your info with any 3rd parties, under any circumstances.
Our site automatically collects certain information, such as the web browser you use, your IP address and your time zone. We also collect information about the pages and products you view on our site, how you interact on it, and referring sites and search phrases that led you here.

Online payments are safe and secure via the PayStack Gateway and you can choose whether or not to save your card details on their platform.
After a payment has been completed, both the buyer (you) and seller (Stuff by Jools) are notified immediately of the successful transaction.
Should you receive your order and one or more of the items have been damaged or broken in transit, please send a pic of the offending item(s) to stuff@stuffbyjools.com or +27824542478 and we will either refund you or replace it/them as soon as possible.
